If the product you have purchased from Victoria Fruit Palace is damaged, poor quality or inedible, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method, exchange the product or provide you with a store credit.
We kindly request that you share your proof of purchase / information so we can confirm the purchase within 2 days of purchasing the product.
